Holding hostilities blame guilt shame malice envy hatred towards ourselves or someone or some situation only serves to stop the light moving within you. It is Ego’s work not Soul’s. These shadow energies act as a type of poison to our energy system and holistic wellbeing.
It’s a great pleasure to guide Ho’oponopono Ritual which I learnt in Molokai’i twelve years ago. This shamanic technology of the Hawaiian people changed my life, as it has for the people I have shared it with.
